In partnership with iTrain, Ideas Academy now offers Coding as part of its curriculum and extra-curricular activities.
  • Coding classes teach the use of computer programming languages to get a computer to do what is necessary for tasks. At Ideas Academy, we know that by providing a solid foundation in computing and coding, we give students options for their future.
  • Much like mathematics, physics, and chemistry provide a student the opportunity to become an engineer or doctor, computing and coding offers opportunities into modern day technology sectors.

While acknowledging that many applicants may come from an interrupted learning background, Ideas Academy practices a selective process in which students are assessed prior to entry.

Admission decisions are based on a careful assessment of each applicant’s age, appropriate knowledge, skills and understanding as well as their social and emotional development.

Successful applicants must demonstrate that they are capable of meeting the Academy’s high standards as self-directed and responsible individuals.
